Arcadian Investments, LLC specializes in the acquisition, servicing, management and disposition of distressed residential and commercial whole loans, REO's and real estate securities across the United States. The firm was formed in 2009 as a holding company for Arcadian Investments Fund in order to take advantage of the substantial dislocation in the mortgage and residential real estate markets by investing in a diversified portfolio of distressed residential real estate assets that generates attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors.

The company is headed by a highly tenured management team averaging 10+ years of experience in real estate finance and investment, and is supported by special servicers with dedicated expertise and a proven track record of success in the servicing of high-delinquency residential portfolios.
